"Hmmm I haven't really made any new year's resolutions—I find that its better to surprise myself than to have expectations I can't keep. But I guess if I had to make one it would be to eat more organic…no junk food. Except for maybe pineapple buns!" - Alexander Wang, designer
O-M-G! Bolo Bao!!! I love him!

Obsessed with Kiehl's
Maybe it's the combination of the weather plus STRESS but I've been feeling pretty anti-social this past week. I would rather stay in and hibernate than go outside.
If I wasn't watching the House marathon on TV this weekend, I was either shopping (good-bye Christmas $$$) or putting this goo on my face:
I always end up creeping out my sister when I have this mask on because it dries a goblin-esque green color. Fifteen minutes with this on and I could barely feel my face. Wheeeeee!
It left my skin soft and dewy and apparently it clarifies. Therefore, Kiehl's Rare Earth Facial Cleansing Mask = Cynthia approved!

Thakoon for Target GO International
The Thakoon GO International line came out on Sunday at Target. A majority of the line, if not all, is inspired by his Spring 08 RTW collection.
I wasn't too impressed by anything in the line and considered only this shibori print shirt dress:
Then I decided I liked the original better:
Oh well.

Spine-y
Sort of in love with Mary Meyer. I already own her biggie onion top. Now I want this:
mary meyer spine print biggie
mary meyer makes the easiest, most versatile piece of the season, hand-printed in her brooklyn studio. wear baggy and unassuming with your favorite slouchy jeans or cinch it in with a belt and it’s suddenly the hottest dress in your closet. black wide-neck t-shirt with oversized body and fitted dolman short sleeves. hand-printed bleach-out design. 100% cotton

On Repeat: Bon Iver
Sorry for the lack of updates...things have been quite busy around here. Lately, I feel like I have no time to breathe though that does sound a bit cliché. Oh well. Listening to this helps a bit.
Look at who he is friends with!!! <3 <3 <3

Rain Rain Go Away
I hate the rain especially when it disrupts my Friday night festivities. My hair gets frizzy. My clothes get wet. I don't own rain boots. Carrying an umbrella makes me feel awkward. Luckily last night I had on my Complex Geometries hooded T to help me keep somewhat dry.
This girl seems to be handling the rain well enough for The Face Hunter to take her photo. Good bangs in the rain??? I am so envious.
